Digital Brand Audit Agreement

Provided by Drone Home Media (DHM). By submitting this form, you ("Client") agree to the following terms with Drone Home Media ("DHM") regarding digital brand audit services.

1. Services Provided

DHM will access and audit the back end of your social media and website channels based on the scope agreed upon above. Any work beyond the agreed scope may require a separate quote.

2. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to provide DHM with timely access (less than 14 days) to social media accounts, brand materials, and content approvals. Failure to provide login credentials in a timely manner may result in particular channels being omitted from your audit.

3. Secure Access

DHM agrees to keep any social media and website passwords private throughout the duration of the audit, and will delete from records after completion, unless the Client requests we keep a record for continued social media services.

4. Cost

Cost for the audit will be provided after the Client has filled out the form. Cost varies depending on each platform, and the amount of content to audit.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the digital brand audit and results presentation. Late payment may result in paused services and/or late fee on outstanding balances.

6. Confidentiality

Both DHM and the Client agree to keep all shared business and account information strictly confidential.

7. Agreement
