Social Media & Marketing Services Agreement
Provided by Drone Home Media (DHM). By submitting this form, you ("Client") agree to the following terms with Drone Home Media ("DHM") regarding social media management services.
1. Services Provided
DHM will manage and create social media content based on the scope agreed upon in your selected package or proposal. Services may include posting, engagement, analytics, and advertising management. Any work beyond the agreed scope may require a separate quote.
2. Setup Fee
A one-time $150 setup fee is required before services begin. This fee covers account setup, strategy planning, and initial content scheduling. The setup fee is due upon onboarding.
3. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to provide DHM with timely access to social media accounts, brand materials, and content approvals. Client also confirms that any materials provided (logos, images, videos, copy, etc.) are owned by or properly licensed to the Client.
4. Content Ownership
All created content remains the property of DHM until payment for that period's services is received. Once paid in full, ownership of final deliverables (excluding stock or licensed materials) transfers to the Client.
5. Payments
Payments are due according to the invoice schedule provided. Late payments may result in paused services and/or late fee on outstanding balances.
6. Term and Cancellation
Either party may end services with 30 days' written notice. Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
7. Revisions
DHM provides up to two rounds of content revisions per piece unless otherwise stated. Additional changes beyond this may incur additional fees.
8. Performance Disclaimer
DHM uses proven strategies and best practices; however, specific growth, engagement, or conversion results cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside DHM's control (e.g., platform algorithms, audience behavior).
9. Confidentiality
Both DHM and the Client agree to keep all shared business and account information strictly confidential.
10. Liability
DHM is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of social media platforms or posted content. Client assumes responsibility for materials provided to DHM for use.
11. Agreement
By typing your name below, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
